SHIPPING

All products are shipped USPS priority mail. You will be sent a confirmation email once your order is placed and a tracking number will later be provided once the order has been shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation, please reach out to me at rose.glow.aesthetics@yahoo.com or at 469-226-7925. Please allow 1-3 business days for your shipment to arrive after receiving notice that your order has shipped.

 Please note once your order has shipped out, Rose Glow Skincare is no longer responsible for the package. If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, reach out to your local post office with the tracking number.

 RETURNS

Although we do not accept returns, we strive to keep our customers happy and can review issues on a case-by-case basis. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it. If there are any issues upon arrival of your items or if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at rose.glow.aesthetics@yahoo.com within 7 days of arrival & we will get back to you as soon as possible.
